Frequently Asked Questions
I have had back surgery. Can I receive care?
Yes. It’s an unfortunate fact that up to half of those who had spinal surgery experience a return of their original symptoms months or years later. They then often face the prospect of yet another surgery. This too common occurrence is known as “Failed Back Surgery Syndrome.” Our care may help prevent repeated back surgeries. In fact, if our gentle chiropractic care is initially utilized, back surgery can often be avoided in the first place. Some people who have had back surgery and care with us report feeling better than ever! See our testimonials page to read about their results.

Can my infants and children receive care?
Absolutely! Dr. Walker works with lots of little ones! The healing power of very gentle chiropractic care with children and infants is tremendous. Our gentle chiropractic approach often helps with asthma, allergies, ADD/ADHD, ear infections, and infant colic. Significant spinal trauma can occur at birth and go unnoticed for quite some time.
We recommend you have your newborn checked for spinal subluxations. Health problems that emerge in adulthood could often be prevented by having a child’s spine checked by a chiropractor early. We encourage you to talk to Dr. Walker about any concerns you may have about having your children receiving care from us.
